: Respondents PRAYER :- Petition is filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, praying to punish the respondents herein for the deliberate and wilful disobedience in implementation of the order made by this Court in W.M.P.(MD)No.6246 of 2018 in W.P.(MD)No.6436 of 2018, dated 23.03.2018.

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents from anyway evicting or demolishing the shops in occupation of the members of the petitioner society let out to them by 4th respondent Temple without following the due process of law.

******* The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging violation of interim order granted by this Court in W.M.P.(MD) No.6246 of 2018 in W.P.(MD)No.6436 of 2018, dated 23.03.2018.
2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would fairly submit that the main Writ Petition itself was disposed of by this Court.
3. In view of the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, no further adjudication is required in this matter and hence, the Contempt Petition is dismissed.
