dated 15.10.2024 and the requisition submitted by the District Munsif, Aranthangi in D.No.216/2025 dated 27/06/2025 through the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Pudukottai seeking further Time of Three months to dispose of the case, this Court made the following Order:

By order dated 15.10.2024, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the Case in O.S.No.115 of 2008 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

2. The Court below has submitted a letter in D.No.216/2025, dated 27.06.2025, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it requested further three months time to comply with the order dated 15.10.2024, made in this Civil Revision Petition.

3. Considering the reasons stated by the Court below for extension of time, three months time is extended from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the order dated 15.10.2024.
