2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police.

Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is allowed and the time for surrender by the petitioner before the concerned Court and executing the sureties is extended by 15 days, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which the anticipatory bail granted by this Court shall stand cancelled.
