ORDER
The Civil Revision Petition is directed against the order passed in I.A.No.311 of 2016 in O.S.No.85 of 2014, dated 05.09.2018 on the file of the Sub Court, Kulithalai, dismissing the petition filed under Order 26 Rule 10 (A) of the Code of Civil Procedure.

2. Despite taking several opportunities, steps for the deceased revision petitioner as well as the respondent were not taken.
3. The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that both the petitioner and the respondent died on 08.11.2011 and 04.05.2011 respectively and steps were not taken before the trial Court.
4. In view of the above, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as abated. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
