JUDGMENT
Since the appellant is not willing to proceed further with the case, the learned counsel for the appellant has addressed a letter, dated 28.04.2025, to the Registry stating that the case may be listed for withdrawal at the earliest. 2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today (30.04.2025), the learned counsel appearing for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Second Appeal and has also made an endorsement in the bundle to that effect.
