ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed for extension of time for compliance of the conditional order passed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.8932 of 2025 dated 21.05.2025.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Hon'ble Court passed an order in Crl.O.P(MD).No.8932 of 2025 dated 21.05.2025 and enlarged the petitioner herein on anticipatory bail. He further submits that this petitioner is a 71 year old senior citizen and she is suffering from age related ailments. Due to the non-availability of suitable sureties, the petitioner was unable to surrender sureties before the concerned Magistrate Court. For the said reason only, she is unable to comply the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.8932 of 2025 dated 21.05.2025. Hence, he prayed to extend the time period, by allowing this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent has not raised any objection to allow this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and being satisfied with the reasons stated above, this Court is inclined to 2/4

extend the time period. Accordingly, further period of two weeks granted from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
