JUDGMENT

When the matter was taken up for hearing on 29.08.2017, the learned counsel for the appellant filed a memo reporting 'no instructions'. There is no representation for the appellant. Hence, the Second Appeal is dismissed for default. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
