filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. ANANTHAMURUGAN.S, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.SAKTHI KUMAR, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court vide order, dated 27.06.2023. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would contend that already this Court has released the petitioner on bail and directed to appear before the respondent Police. The petitioner has also complied the condition imposed by this Court for some days. Thereafter, since he aware of the fact that he was involved in some other case, he was unable to comply the condition imposed by this Court. After obtaining anticipatory bail in that case, the petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court without fail.

3.The learned Government Advocate would also admit that the petitioner has complied the condition earlier till 21.07.2023 and due to involvement in some other case, he could not comply with the condition and after obtaining anticipatory bail, now he is complying with the condition imposed by this Court. 4.In view of the above, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD) No.11607 of 2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner has to appear 2/3
