This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus, to forbear the respondents from erecting any bore well in the Sangarapuram Kanmoi in S.No.12 at Sankarapuram Village, Karaikudi, Sivagangai District considering the representation of the petitioner dated 03.04.2018.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submits that the the petitioner's request was considered and the place of erecting the bore well was shifted.
