RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition imposed by this Honble Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8702 of 2023 vide order dated 17.05.2023 by permitting the petitioner to appear before the Inspector of police station,CI Sriperumbudhur Police Station, Kanchipuram District instead of appearing before the respondent police twice a week i.e., on every Tuesday and Sunday and 10.30 am for a period of three months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.

Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments 1/4

of M/S RAJKUMAR.P, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.OP(MD) No.8702 pf 2023 dated 17.05.2023, in which, this Court has directed the petitioners to appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.30AM, until further orders. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is a Supervisor of a company at Kanchipuram District and he is unable to comply the said condition prescribed by this Court.
