Respondent / Complainant Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the conditional order passed by this Honble Madras High Court of Madurai Bench in Crl.OP.(MD).No.12623 of 2023 vide order dt.14.7.2023 by modifying the Petitioners shall deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) each, to the credit of Cr.No.295 of 2023 before the trial Court concerned, without prejudice to his rights and contentions before the trial Court. Order : This criminal miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.DHILIPANPANDIAN R.L., Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.R.SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate (Crl. side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- 1/3

This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed upon the petitioners vide order dated 14.07.2023 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.12623 of 2023 as to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- each to the credit of the crime number.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are not in position to comply the above said condition. Hence, seek modification.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the condition imposed upon the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) to the credit of Crime No.295 of 2023. The other conditions remain unchanged. With the above said modification, this petition stands allowed. (*) "Consequently, the time granted to the petitioner to comply the condition is extended further period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."
