ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to withdraw the case in Crime No.226 of 2020 on the file of the second respondent and transfer the same to the third respondent or any other competent investigating agency for further investigation and direct to file final report.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents has represented that already investigation in this case was completed and matter was closed as mistake of fact and closure report also filed before the concerned jurisdictional Court.

3.Recording the above said submission, this criminal original petition is dismissed. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the closure report in the manner known to law.
