ORDER

The claim of the petitioner for disbursement of salary for the period between 28.09.2019 to 12.03.2020 is the subject matter of the present writ petition.

2.Today, when the matter was called, the learned Special Government Pleader has produced a copy of the proceedings of the first respondent herein dated 18.06.2021, whereby such a claim was rejected. In case, the petitioner intends to challenge the order of rejection dated 18.06.2021, liberty is hereby granted to him. As such, no effective orders can be passed in the present writ petition.
