Respondents Prayer : This petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus,to call for the records pertaining to the order passed by the 3rd respondent to the petitioner representation dt.28/08/2019 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to grant permission to perform Temple programmes to be conducted on 22/09/2019 to 02/10/2019 in connection with the Annual Temple festival of Arulmigu Sree Muthallamman Koil, Sree Madasamy Koil, Situated at Kadaladi, Ramnad District.

ORDER
This Petition has been filed to challenge the order passed by the third respondent rejecting the permission sought for by the petitioner to perform Temple programmes to be conducted on 22/09/2019 to 02/10/2019 in connection with the Annual Temple festival of Arulmigu Sree Muthallamman Koil, Sree Madasamy Koil, Situated at Kadaladi, Ramnad District.

2. It is seen from the impugned order that the petitioner did not add the rival parties in their festival celebration notice. There was already peace committee meeting conducted by the revenue parties in the year 2017 in which both the parties agreed to perform festival jointly. Now the petitioner without adding them in the notice they have proposed to conduct the festival from 22/09/2019 to 02/10/2019 in connection with the Annual Temple festival of Arulmigu Sree Muthallamman Koil, Sree Madasamy Koil, Situated at Kadaladi, Ramnad District.
3. Now the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that they are ready and willing to go before the third respondent with rival parties.
4. Considering the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to approach the third respondent a fresh with fresh representation along with rival parties to conduct temple festival on 22/09/2019 to 02/10/2019 in connection with the Annual Temple festival of Arulmigu Sree Muthallamman Koil, Sree Madasamy Koil, Situated at Kadaladi, Ramnad District. On receipt of the same, the third respondent is directed to conduct detailed enquiry with the petitioner and the counter party and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law forthwith.
5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
