ORDER

The present petition has been filed by the petitioner/A3 in SC No. 628 of 2025 on the file of District and Sessions Court for Communal Clash Cases, Madurai seeking a direction to recall the non-bailable warrant issued by the Court on 09.01.2026.

2.According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, since he was arrested in some other case, he could not appear for hearing on 09.01.2026 and hence, non-bailable warrant has been issued against him. 3.Considering the aforesaid facts, there shall be a direction to the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Court on or before 10.07.2026 and on such surrender, the trial Court is directed to consider the bail application of the petitioner on the same day on merits and in accordance with the law 4.With the above said observations, this Criminal Original Petition stands allowed.
