ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH, J.) The petitioner is the mother of Nandhini Devi, aged about 22 years and grandmother of Kavikrishnan, aged about 18 months. Since they had gone missing, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed apart from a complaint to the respondent police.

2.Today, when the matter was called, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that after filing of the Habeas Corpus Petition, they had located her daughter and grandson and have also reconciled with them and hence, she is not pressing the Habeas Corpus Petition. She has also made an endorsement to that effect. Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
