ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD).No.11337 of 2025 dated 09.07.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly and he prays for modification of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and 24 previous cases pending against the petitioner.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD).No.11337 of 2025 dated 09.07.2025, is modified and the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, Nanguneri Police Station, Nanguneri, daily at 10.30 a.m., and 05.30 p.m., until further orders. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
