ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 of BNSS., seeking orders, to transfer the investigation in Crime No. 375 of 2021 pending on the file of the third respondent to the first respondent Commissioner of Police to conduct fair and impartial and quick investigation accordance with law.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the State would submit that investigation has already been completed and they have filed the final report as 'further action dropped' before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.VI, Madurai and he has also produced the copy of the same.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that they have not received RCS notice.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the third respondent police is directed to serve RCS notice to the petitioner immediately. The petitioner is at liberty to file protest petition, if so advised.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
