This petition is filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.18 of 2014 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Madurai.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that already Non Bailable Warrant was issued as against the petitioner and it is pending for execution. The petitioner is not entitled to seek any relief before this Court.

3.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. The first respondent is directed to take steps to execute Non Bailable Warrant as against the petitioner.
