ORDER

The petitioner has submitted an application dated 27.06.2023 to the respondents requesting them to survey the land in Survey Nos. 363/1, 363/2A, 364/6 situated at Meyyappanenthal Village, Thidakottai Group, Devakottai Taluk, Sivagangai District. Since the said application has not been considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

2. Mr.M.Sarangan, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents, on instructions, submits that these types of applications are considered on seniority basis and the petitioner's application would be considered within a period of eight weeks.
