[Order of the Court was made by DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN,J.] Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 states that the minor daughter of the petitioner was secured on 18.01.2022 and the fifth respondent, who has kidnaped her, has been arrested and to be produced before the concerned Magistrate today I.e., on 19.01.2022. The minor girl is now at Vidiyal Home, Muthupatti, Madurai District.

2. Recording the same, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed. No costs.
