This petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner based on the petitioner's complaint dated 04.04.2018. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 3 to 6. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 would submit that on the complaint lodged by the respondents 3 to 6, the respondent police registered a case in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6033 of 2018 Crime No.1430 of 2017. Thereafter, the petitioner lodged a complaint on 04.04.2018 for seeking police protection. On the complaint lodged by the respondents 3 to 6, the second respondent police conducted enquiry and closed the same.

4.Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
