Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent herein to consider the petitioner representation dated 28.05.2018 and pass appropriate orders for regularize the service of the petitioner on temporary basis from 20.12.1984 to 07.05.1995 for calculating the Pensionary benefits.
