Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to forbear the first respondent from recovering any amount from the petitioner for the loan availed from the second respondent by Mr.S.Maruthumuthu, Conductor with Employment No.84 CR 3221 and consequently direct the respondents to repay him the amount already recovered from September 2016.

ORDER
