ORDER
The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the second respondent to provide adequate Police Protection to the petitioner's life and limb on the representation of the petitioner, dated 28.11.2025.
2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner's father has purchased the property under registered document in the year 1995 and the respondents 3 to 9 herein have entered into the house of the petitioner, abused them and threatened them. Therefore, the petitioner has given a complaint on 28.11.2025. However, there is no response against the petition.

3.The learned Counsel for State of TN (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent 1 and 2 submits that within a period of one week they will initiate appropriate action in accordance with law.
4.Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
