Decree:- This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal coming for hearing on this day and upon perusing the Grounds of Appeal, the award of the Tribunal and the material papers of the case and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.Ilango, Advocate, for the Appellant and Mr.D.Balasubramanian, Advocate for 2nd Respondent and this court, doth order and Decree as follows:- i) That,the award of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal cum Sub Judge, Sivagangai, dated 28.11.2013, made in MCOP.No.100/2008, be and hereby is confirmed and the Appeal is dismissed; ii)that the Appellant herein /Insurance company limited has deposited the entire award amount to the credit MCOP No.100 of 2008, on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal cum Subordinate Judge, Sivagangai;
