Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the second and fourth respondents to form the approach road after removing the road laid by the second respondent on the private lands of the petitioner Trust (as shown in the rough sketch) as per the description of land gifted in the Gift Deed No.6224/07 dated 26.12.2007 and the approval given by the fourth respondent dated 18.05.2000 made in proceedings No. RI. 005120/2000. This contempt petition has been filed as against the respondent for non complying with the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.224 of 2016, dated 20.09.2018.

Cont.P(MD)No.1449 of 2019 2.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the matter has been settled between the parties by proceedings dated 27.12.2021 in the presence of P.A to District Collector (Legal) and Assistant Project Officer (Infrastructure-I).
