N.ANAND VENKATESH, J This petition was filed to produce the petitioner's husband, namely, Sivakumar, before this Court on the ground that he has been illegally detained by the third respondent police.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that an FIR was registered against the husband of the petitioner in Crime No.212/2022 for offences under Sections 302 and 380 IPC and the accused was arrested and remanded to judicial custody by the

Judicial Magistrate, Thirumayam on 31.08.2022.
