JUDGMENT

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Counsel appearing for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal and he has also given a letter, dated 18.01.2024 to the Registry to that effect. In that letter the learned Counsel for the appellant stated that, the matter has been settled out of Court. Hence, the learned Counsel for the appellant sought for a permission to withdraw the appeal.
