It is informed that electricity connection has been granted and hence, nothing survives to be adjudicated. It is further informed that a suit in O.S.No.36 of 2014 on the file of Principal District Munsif Court, Tenkasi is pending seeking a relief of declaration and injunction.

2. The Principal District Munsif Court, Tenkasi is directed to dispose the same as expeditiously as possible.

3. Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
