ORDER
The petitioner, an old woman claiming to be having a Garden and selling certain goods in front of her Garden, has filed this writ petition for a mandamus forbearing the respondents from preventing her from running the petty shop at Palayakottai, Sullerumbu Post, Dindigul West Taluk, Dindigul. 2.Learned Counsel appearing for the third respondent, on instructions, submitted that the petty shop was already removed from the road margin and therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition. 2/4
3.Learned Additional Government Pleader has also submitted that the petty shop in the road margin was already removed. 4.Since it is reported that there is no shop, as on date, this writ petition is closed as nothing survives for further adjudication. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
