PRAYER: Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 55 of Indian Divorce Act, 1869 r/w Section 96 of Civil Procedure Code, 1908, to allow the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal and to set aside the judgment and decree, dated 15.02.2016 made in I.D.O.P.No.1 of 2012 on the file of the I Additional District Court, Madurai. JUDGMENT

This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal has been filed to set aside the judgment and decree, dated 15.02.2016 made in I.D.O.P.No.1 of 2012 on the file of the I Additional District Court, Madurai. 2.The appellant as well as the respondent are present before this Court through video conference and they are identified by their respective counsel. Both the parties have filed a joint compromise memo stating that they are agreeing for separation and also the respondent/wife has received a sum of Rs.4,00,000/- (Rupees Four lakhs only) by way of Demand Draft No.008278, dated 10.01.2022. 3.Hence, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as per the terms of compromise memo. The order, dated 15.02.2016 made in I.D.O.P.No.1 of 2012 on the file of the learned I Additional District Court, Madurai, is hereby confirmed. The Compromise memo shall form part of the order. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions is closed.
