O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C seeking for a direction to the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Gandarvakkottai, to dispose of S.T.C.No.169 of 2021 as expeditiously as possible within a specific time frame.

2. During the course of submissions, learned counsel has fairly considered that there are non-bailable warrants pending against the accused and thereby, the trial Court could not be proceeded with. Once non-bailable warrants are still pending and yet to be executed, no directions can be given to the learned Magistrate to dispose of S.T.C.No.169 of 2021.

3. The petitioner is expected to approach the trial Court for a direction to the concerned Police to execute the warrant, in case, if the petitioner is not getting any favorable orders, then, he is at liberty to approach this Court for suitable directions to the Police for execution of non-bailable warrants.

4. With this observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
