ORDER : The Court made the following order :- By order dated 26.08.2022, the learned Sessions Judge, Ramanathapuram, granted anticipatory bail to the first respondent 1/3

herein in Crl.M.P.No.2569 of 2022. Now, the petitioner/defacto complainant filed this petition for cancellation of anticipatory bail.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner/defacto complainant would submit that the first respondent and other accused destructed the defacto complainant's house with JCB and taken away the seven sovereigns of jewels and money. He would further submit that the first respondent and other accused are politically influenced persons and they are attempting to tamper the prosecution witnesses and to hamper the investigation. Hence, he prayed for cancellation of anticipatory bail.

3. The learned counsel for the first respondent would submit that after considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case, the learned Sessions Judge, Ramanathapurm, granted anticipatory bail to the first respondent and the same needs no interference by this Court.

4.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the second respondent would submit that the investigation in this case is pending. He seeks three months time to complete the investigation in Crime No.61 of2022 and file a final report before the concerned Court.

5.In view of the above submissions, this Court directs the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.61 of 2022 and file a final report before concerned Court within a period of three months. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
