The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents to perform the re-postmortem of the deceased Sermadurai by constituting a team of doctors forthwith and record the entire proceedings from inception and upto complete the re-postmortem by video recording, based on the representation dated 11.07.2025. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been served with postmortem report, viscera report and CCTV footage of the postmortem and therefore, he undertakes to take the dead body from the mortuary. 2/4

3.Recording the above submission, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
