Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and has also made an endorsement to that effect. However, the learned counsel requests the Court to fix time for disposal of D.V.C.No.2 of 2020, as the pleadings and the proceedings are complete and it is only enquiry, that is, pending.

2.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Considering the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Judicial Magistrate (Additional Mahila), Srivilliputhur, is directed to conclude the proceedings as expeditiously as possible preferably not beyond the period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
