ORDER

This writ petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus seeking a direction to the first respondent to pass final order in the appeal filed by the petitioner on 30.01.2017, on the basis of the reports submitted by the second respondent.

2. In the affidavit filed in support of this petition, it has been stated that an appeal petition filed by the petitioner is pending before the first respondent/Revenue Divisional Officer, Iluppur, Pudukottai District, with regard to wrong entry in computerized patta. W.P.[MD].No.19756 of 2021 respondent directed the Revenue Inspector, Ponnamaravathy to submit a report. The Revenue Inspector as well as the Village Administrative Officer of Ponnamaraathy West Village, submitted separate reports to the second respondent that it is a patta land of one Palaniappa Thevar in Patta No.33. It has been claimed that the third respondent has no patta or title deed or any right over the possession.

3. In view of the fact that the appeal filed by the petitioner has been pending before the third respondent, a direction is given to the first respondent to issue notice to all the parties concerned, particularly, to the petitioner herein as well as the third respondent and complete the enquiry on or before 15.02.2022, by following the due process of law.

4. With these observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
