The Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is directed against the fair and decreetal order, dated 23.12.2014 made in M.C.O.P.No.990 of 2008 on the file of the District and Sessions Judge (Communal Clashes Court) Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Madurai.

The learned counsel for the appellants sent a letter dated 07.08.2023 to the Registry along with Death Certificates of the appellants 1, 4 and 5, whereunder, he sought permission of this Court to withdraw the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.
