Respondent Prayer :- Writ Petition under Section 226 of the Constitution of India pleased to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to Call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent vide office proceedings in Na.Ka.No.4929/2015/H5 dt.13.5.2019 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents to grant the relief amount of Rs.1,95,000/- (after deducting Rs.1,80,000/- already disbursed from the 75% of the total relief Rs.5,00,000) meant for the victim of Caste atrocities as per the Rule 12(4), Annexure-I, Serial Number.44 of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes Prevention of Atrocities Amendment Rules 2016 to the petitioner within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Honourable Court.

Whereas upon this day the Hon'ble Court while hearing the matter has passed an order as follow:- This petition is filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to grant the relief, which was ordered in Na.Ka.No.4929/2015/H5, dated 13.05.2019.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the representation is still pending. However, it appears that an order has been passed by this Court on 26.08.2018 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.2 of 2018, directing the 1st respondent to consider the representation in the light of the observations made by this Court in the aforesaid petition within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Now 3 years lapsed. But, still the matter is kept pending by the 1st respondent.
3.Let the official from the office of the 1st respondent be appeared before this Court along with the aforesaid file on 13.09.2021 at about 05.30 pm., 4.Registry is directed to send notice to the 1st respondent herein in this regard.
5.Call on 13.09.2021 Whereas it is expedient in the interest of justice that the 1st Respondent namely The District Collector cum District Magistrate, Didigul District, herein be and hereby is directed to depute the Official from your Office to present before the Court along with the connected file before the Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai at 5.30 p.m on 13/09/2021.
