This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to take appropriate actions on the complaint made by the petitioner on 22.09.2021. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the official respondents, on instruction, submitted that the third respondent has already passed orders in Na.Ka.No.220/2023 dated 09.11.2023.
