This petition has been filed to direct the Judicial Magistrate Court, Pattukottai to joint trial together in C.C.No.820 of 2012 and C.C.No.246 of 2015.

2.Heard both sides.

3. It is seen that C.C.No.820 of 2012 arising out of a private complaint lodged by the petitioner as against the second respondent and the same has been taken cognizance and now, the trial is pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pattukottai. On the police complaint lodged by the second respondent, initially, the crime has been registered in Crime No.3 of 2015 for the offence under Section 294(b) of IPC., as against the petitioner and the same has been numbered in C.C.No.246 of 2015 and it is also pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pattukottai. 4.Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, though both the cases arising out of the different occurrence, the trial Court can try both the cases simultaneously. Accordingly, the trial Court namely the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pattukottai is directed to conduct simultaneous trial in C.C.No.820 of 2012 and C.C.No.846 of 2015.
