O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to grant Police protection for the petitioner's life and limb as well as to survey and fix the boundary stone and fence the property in Survey No. 183/3 situated in Manalur Village, Sankarankovil Taluk, Tenkasi District as per Rule 21 of Tamil Nadu Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Rules, 2009.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner made an application before the third respondent herein to survey the property situated in Survey No.183/3 at Manalur Village. On such application, on 03.08.2022, the Surveyor came to survey the above said property, at that time, the fourth respondent entered into quarrel as if not 2/5
to survey the said property. Thereby, the petitioner made a complaint before the second respondent to provide Police protection for surveying and fixing boundary stone in the above said property, but the same was not considered, hence the present Writ Petition has been filed seeking Police protection.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Nos.1 and 2 submits that during pendency of this petition, enquiry was conducted in C.S.R.No.1110 of 2022 and the same was closed, on 31.08.2022.
4. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), no further order is required to be passed in this petition.

5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to workout her remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
