ORDER
The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondent not to harass him under the guise of enquiry.
2. The learned Counsel for State of TN (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent on instructions submits that the petitioner is not an accused and the missing JCB vehicle has been recovered by the 3rd respondent. 3.Considering the aforesaid facts, there shall be a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 4.With the above said observations, this Criminal Original Petition stands allowed.
