2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly twice, before the II Additional District Judge (PCR), Tirunelveli. Now the petitioner seeks modification of the condition that he may be directed to sign before the second respondent in the main appeal.
3. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by the learned counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.A.(MD)No.614 of 2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the second respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., until further orders.
