ORDER
This petition is filed seeking Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to take appropriate action on the accused in Cr.No.203 of 2021, on the basis of the representation dated 13.10.2021. 2.Now the grievance of the petitioner is that the accused person, who has made life threat to the petitioner herein, has not been secured so far. The case has been registered in Crime No.203 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 294(b), 324 and 506(2) of IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the accused person has already been arrested and later, he has been released on bail. Since the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed, according to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side), nothing survives for further consideration in this petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P.(MD)No.19356 of 2021 4.Since the accused person has been arrested and released on bail, nothing more is to be done by the 2nd respondent herein, except completing the investigation. This Court is not in a position to understand the grievance of the petitioner that has been expressed in this petition. With regard to the life threat, no material has been placed by this petitioner. Perusal of FIR shows that it is a dispute between the close relatives.
5.Since the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed, nothing survives for further consideration in this petition. Accordingly, this petition stands disposed of as infructuous. No costs.
