J U D G M E N T

Though the petitioner seeks transfer of H.M.O.P.No.665 of 2019 pending on the file of the Family Court, Madurai to the file of the Family Court at Sivagangai or any other court, looking at the convenience of the parties, nature of the dispute and the allegations and counter allegations made by the parties against each other, I am of the considered opinion that the proceedings may be transferred to the nearby Subordinate Court, which provides a more peaceful and calm atmosphere, where the counsels can appear and the presence of the parties for all hearings is not necessary.

2. Hence, H.M.O.P.No.665 of 2019 is withdrawn from the file of the Family Court, Madurai and is transferred to the file of the Subordinate Court, Manamadurai for disposal in accordance with law.

3. The Family Court, Madurai is directed to transmit the papers in H.M.O.P.No.665 of 2019 to the file of the Subordinate Court, Manamadurai.

4. In the result, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
