O R D E R
This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing respondents 1 to 3 to issue patta in the name of the petitioner, after removing the names of respondents 4 and 5 from Patta No.2276, in respect of the land measuring 3 acres and 34 cents in Survey No.452/1, situated at Kannanalloor Village, Radhapuram Taluk, Tirunelveli District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 02.03.2022 in the light of the proceedings of the first respondent in O.Mu.R2/7946/2022 dated 11.03.2022.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the respondents 1 to 3 will consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders within the time frame stipulated by this Court. 2/5

In view of the above submissions, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.03.2022 on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. Such representation shall be considered and disposed of after conducting an inquiry, affording a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner, the respondents 4 and 5 and to all other persons who may be affected by such decision during the course of the inquiry. In the event of any issues pertaining to land disputes, the parties shall approach the competent civil court. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
