JUDGMENT

The learned counsel appearing for the appellant submitted a letter, dated 15.10.2020 stating that the entire subject matter of this Second Appeal has been "settled out of Court" between the parties and as such, the second appeal may be the dismissed as "withdrawn".

2. In view the above, the Second appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
