ORDER

This petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the First Information Report in Crime No.08 of 2014 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same as illegal against the petitioner.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent would submit that the first respondent, after completing the investigation, has filed the final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tenkasi, and the case was taken on file in C.C.No.377 of 2023 and the same is pending.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives for further adjudication and hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 29.09.2023 NCC :
