For Respondent : Mr.M.Vaikkam Karunanithi, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No. 329 of 2022 on the file of the Respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/Accused, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 147, 294(b), 353, 506(i) IPC, in Crime No.329 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 17.08.2022 at about 03.30PM, while the defacto complainant, who is the practicing duty Doctor, giving treatment to his patients, the accused persons came there, abused and threatened him and his staff, thereby, prevented them from doing duty. Hence, the complaint.

3. On the side of the petitioners, it is stated that the petitioners are innocents and have not committed any such offence, as alleged by the prosecution. Hence, prays to release them on anticipatory bail.

4. On the side of prosecution, it is stated that petitioners are having five, four and two previous cases respectively at their credit and prayed to dismiss the petition.

5.Considering the nature of the case and fact that the petitioners are having previous cases at their credit, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to them.

6. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
